Icy Isolation

Warm colors on an illustration of a snowstorm is a very unique look. Most cold-oriented paintings tend to have bluish tones all over the piece. It kind of makes sense since blues and cool colors denote… well, it denotes cold, lol. Choosing a palette typically not used is just exactly what the doctor has prescribed.

Joking aside, I really do love this piece. Those warm tones just squashed the feeling of isolation from the painting.
