Pacquiao Rex

Boxing's GOAT is the subject of my entry for the September 2024 Character Design Challenge. The prompt for the challenge is "Dino Olympics." I can't think of a better entry than my Filipino brother Manny as a ferocious "Pacquiao Rex." Yeah, I can feel the roar from my drawing... can you imagine me making sounds while I draw, lol?
